How much are the shipping costs?

How do I redeem a voucher code?

Enter your voucher code at checkout and please remember that it is case sensitive. Then click “Apply”.

How is a purchase contract concluded?

A purchase contract is only concluded when the customer has ordered the product and it has been shipped. This will also be confirmed with a shipping email from Black Shadows.

We accept all credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay Pal.

I have received the goods but no invoice yet, what should I do?

You should receive the invoice by email within a few days.

Do you receive a shipping confirmation?

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS.

How to track deliveries?

My delivery is incomplete, what should I do?

If you have ordered several products from Black Shadows and only received some, the other products will certainly arrive within the next few days. If the order remains incomplete, we ask you to contact us at Write to kontakt@black-shadows.de . This allows us to offer you the best customer service.
